# Maple Drive Executive Search

Maple Drive Executive Search is a **retained executive search firm**. We work with family offices, venture and private equity firms, and the leadership of their portfolio companies.

Searches are retained. There's no contingent option.

Confidentiality is the default. We don't submit a candidate to a client without their explicit consent.

If we reach out to you as a candidate, it's because something specific in your background is relevant, and we'll tell you the truth about the role, the difficult parts included.
